REFUND POLICY
At Rich Attire, every piece is produced as part of a limited preorder release
Preorder Sales
Because each item is made specifically for our customers, all preorder sales are final. Once an order is placed, it cannot be canceled or refunded after production has begun.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos of the issue. We will work quickly to make it right.
Size Selection
Please carefully review our sizing information before placing your order. We are unable to offer refunds or exchanges for incorrect size selection on preorder items.
Lost or stolen packages
Rich Attire is not responsible for packages marked as delivered by the shipping carrier. If your package is lost in transit, please contact us and we will assist you in filing a claim.
